What Do You Do Now??

Welllllll..if you come here and like what you see, and you haven't already: SPONSOR ME

To those of you who read, commented, chatted, e-mailed and otherwise made my time in this chair a little more endurable. I thank you. Your response meant more to me, well, more to me then I am prepared to deal with at this late early hour.

Don't feel like you have to read everything all at once. Here's a little hint. I am going on vacation later this week. No internet access. Savor it. Make it last. 48 blogs oughtta do ya if you take your time.

And don't be afraid to post a comment a week, two weeks, a month from now. Your comments are e-mailed to me. I will see them, and I will know what post you are responding to.

Before I leave I hope to get some organizational links in the sidebar. Not today. I may close the door to the computer room and close my eyes when I walk by it for the rest of the day.

Stacey wanted to know my favorite part of the evening, it was reading your reactions to what I had to say. Don't ever believe that you don't have to power to make a difference. To make an impact. You have a voice. Use it.

And hey--before I get all sappy and start to cry, get out there and live a little. Life is short and uncertain, but oh so sweet.

as for me?

And they're off! Unfortunately their departure means that Craig is also gone for yet another week. BUMMER!

That's What We're Here For

If you haven't been yet, take a little time to visit the cause you are allowing me to support.

Can you smell me now?

Good.
I'm all showery clean. Though I still have coffee breath. I expect hte rugrats to be tumbling out of bed any time. I will dress and brush them and Craig will trundle them off to church.
Call me a heathen. I ain't going.

My sister in law will watch them a good portion of the afternoon. I think she plans to drop them off at 4. I should be able to get 7 good hours of sleep in a totally silent house.

I've got to stop talking about it. I'm starting to drool.

3 more.

Field Trip--Healed and Made Whole

You've heard the sayng "Good things come in little packages?" Well that is certainly the case here. I met Traci in the flesh for the first time in May. She walked right up to a group of three of us, in a strnge hotel lobby 1,000 miles away from home, and knew who we were right away. Traci is so alive she fairly crackles with life.
Her blog will open your eyes to the devastation that chemo can bring to your fertility.

How I learned About the Color Pink

The spirit is Willing

but the flesh is oh-so-weak.
Man there was a TON more stuff I wanted to blog about, but I cannot think coherently enought to do it. I should have saved my prewritten blogs for later and wrote from my head when my mind was fresh.
Ah, hindsight is 20-20.

This is the long dry stretch from here to the finish. Almost everyone is in bed. There is no one to comment (except angela but she inferred I was a butthead). The few stragglers still in chat are too weary to sustain themselves, let alone keep anyone else awake.
Three more hours.
What the heck can I say that requires little thought.
hmmmmmmmmm......

And is it ok to have ice cream for breakfast if you never went to bed in the first place?

mmmmmmmmmm--doughnuts.
